Company: Linx ("Linx," "we," "us," or "our")

By accessing or using the Linx application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

2. Nature of the Service

Linx is a social coordination platform that enables users to organize and join golf tee times and share related content.

Linx is not:

• A golf course operator
• A booking agent or reservation system
• A background check provider
• A guarantor of user identity, conduct, or attendance

3. Real-World Interactions; Assumption of Risk

The Service facilitates real-world interactions between users.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You may interact with individuals you do not know
• Linx does not verify users or conduct background checks
• Linx has no control over user conduct, course conditions, or events

You assume all risks associated with participation in any in-person activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Linx from any claims arising out of:

• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Disputes between users
• Cancellations, no-shows, or misrepresentation

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, including tee times, images, videos, and comments.

By submitting content, you grant Linx a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for purposes of operating and promoting the Service.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Post unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or reliability of users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or amounts paid by you to Linx in the past 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linx from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your interactions with other users, or your content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
